There is always a guest in the fitness center, which is a proof to how functional it is. There's adequate machines and workout equipment for everyone. Moreover, there are always staffs inside the facility to make sure that everything and everyone is in great condition.
positive:
Parking is easy with many spaces
Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel's parking is excellent for a downtown garage. The entrance is around the corner from the main entrance of the hotel. When you stay here, you'll be able to get a parking space with no problems and with easy access to the hotel's entrance.
positive:
Excellent and sumptuous buffet breakfast
Even if the hotel charges guests for the buffet breakfast, many of those who stayed here still confessed to getting their money's worth. Aside from the excellent service of the staffs, the meal served is freshly prepared with premium ingredients.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Slow Wi-Fi and comes with a price
Many guests find it absurd that the hotel still charges for Wi-Fi connection. If you don't like paying to access the Internet, you can always take advantage of the computer stations at the business center or visit a nearby shop offering free Wi-Fi access.
negative:
Rooms have poor soundproofing
There are many signs in the hotel telling the guests to "observe silence", but some noise could still be heard from adjacent rooms even if you are already inside your own room. Moreover, walls are thin and the rooms have poor soundproofing.
negative:
Bathroom has missing facilities
The bathroom has no proper ventilation, so some rooms still smell of smoke from previous guests. Some have no trashcans in them, while the others have inadequate toiletries. If you experience any of these, the hotel will gladly accommodate a room replacement if you want one.
