The amenities are not well stocked
Quite a few guests had problems receiving the requisite number of towels, coffee, shampoo, and other amenities that are meant to be replaced each day. They either did not have everything there when they checked it, or found that the items were not replaced by housekeeping throughout their stay, or both, causing the guests the unnecessary hassle of having to repeatedly request items.
negative:
The rooms could be cleaned better
While some guests did not experience any problems, several complained that their room was rather dirty. They complained of them not being vacuumed or dusted well, and a few found hairs in the shower or on the bed sheets.
negative:
There's no dresser
Guests who were staying for a longer span of time were bothered that the guest rooms do not have a dresser, a feature that would have made it easier to unpack.
