There have been multiple complaints from guests regarding the slightly harsh amount payable for parking overnight. Parking offered is safe, protected and convenient but guests did not expect to be paying such a hefty fee for this.

Although access to use the lift requires a room key pass for the purposes of security, there have been reports of things going missing from rooms. Rooms do include a personal safe and past guests have urged that people use them as they neglected to do so and regretted it.
