It seems that many of the guests staying here were part of larger families or other groups. It was repeatedly mentioned that this accommodation was excellent for these sort of stays, since the two bedroom apartments available typically provided all guests with more than enough personal space.

Of course it was to be expected that, like most travellers to Singapore, guests staying here were keen to get in a bit of shopping. While the apartments are not right on Orchard Road, guests mentioned that it was not too far away, and in any event the hotel provided a free shuttle that would transport shopping bags, and their carriers, to and from the residence.

Too many guests to count reported that their room was simply spotlessly clean when they checked in, with them being unable to find any fault in this regard at all.

At best, one could accurately describe the average guest response to the breakfast available at the hotel each morning as “OK”. But the main problem with the breakfast was that the room it was served in was simply too small for the number of hungry diners trying to find somewhere to sit.

Though they conceded that it was a small matter, the fact that the hotel did not automatically replenish the tea and coffee supplies in the rooms did irk quite a few guests.

There were perhaps a bit too may complaints about rude and abrupt staff members to ignore. Quite a number of guests reported that many of the staff did not have a proper customer service oriented attitude.
