Positive Reviews
positive:
This place is right next door to Perth Airport.
If you have an early flight in the morning then staying here puts you literally next door to Perth Airport. It is also a great place to stay if you arrive late in the night and want somewhere close by to rest up for the night.
positive:
Friendly staff make sure you enjoy your stay.
The people working here have a wealth of useful knowledge about the local area, so if you need to buy something, want a restaurant recommendation, or a fun activity to enjoy, just ask!
positive:
Clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds.
One thing you really can't fault at this place is the cleanliness of the rooms, they are all kept looking spotless by the housekeeping staff. The beds are comfy and if you have lots of luggage there is plenty of space to store it all.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noise from the nearby main road can be disturbing.
Situated right next to a main road that runs alongside the border of the airport, the noise from traffic and airplanes can be disturbing. The lack of proper soundproofing means you can expect to hear a lot of what goes on outside of your room.
negative:
This place is pretty old and looking shabby.
This property has certainly seen better days and its age is starting to show. It seems that regular maintenance is not being carried out here, and the result is some sorely needed renovation work.
negative:
You don't get the best value for money here.
This place is not particularly expensive but it offers very little for the money that you do pay, besides from a bed and a roof over your head. Shop around in Perth and you could probably find better value for money accommodation.
