The stunning ocean views from this location are worth any price. The pool and Jacuzzi area is very lively during the day, with poolside food and drink service beginning in the afternoon. If you take a swim in the evening, be prepared for a gorgeous sunset view. The restaurant is popular as well, with most guests never leaving the premises for meals. Don't miss the spa for a rejuvenating massage; couples' massages are a favorite there. If you feel like leaving the premises, just venture out onto one of several walking paths or head down for a stroll along the promenade.

Fall asleep to the crashing of waves or the tranquil poolside waterfall. Rooms are spacious, clean and stylishly decorated. Beds are large and comfortable. The lovely marble counters in the bathrooms are very popular, and the balconies or ground floor patios are delightful for enjoying a private sunset. There are blankets and outdoor heaters available in case the evening is a bit cool. Be sure to specify an ocean view if you can - some have even seen humpback whales from their balconies!

Excellent customer service all around here from the bellhops and valet hustling to assist their customers, to the front desk serving up complimentary water upon request to the restaurant manager's complimentary sangrias and appetizers every night.

Some felt the clientele were more of the football fan and bachelorette party sort; those seeking tranquility and quiet romance were disappointed.

Some were disappointed by outdated decor and the average quality of their experience.

The pool area has been frequently full of unsupervised children, making it other adults' problem to ensure they don't drown or annoy others. Management seems unable to fix this issue.
