Poor sound insulation in the rooms
Being close to the airport and the busy motorway, noise levels can get very high. As the walls are relatively thin, sound was able to carry easily from room to room. This was especially disturbing if you were trying to sleep.

The poor condition of the air conditioning units was a major concern in most rooms. Guests felt that the units were hard to adjust and noisy. Many were frustrated as they could not be able to control the room temperature.

Guests were disturbed by the harsh smoke smell in the hotel’s rooms. The carpets absorbed the smell thus the room becoming uncomfortable for non-smokers or those with sensitive noses.
