Guests reported several issues involving the air-conditioning with the main ones being that the units were very noisy preventing many from getting a good night's sleep and that the temperature adjustment was difficult and cumbersome.

The walls were said to be rather thin as guests said they were able to hear everything going on in the adjoining suites. Due to the concrete floors many objected to being disturbed by the sound of footsteps from the rooms above them.

Those who stayed in the standard-type rooms said that they were expecting to find a wider range of amenities and were inconvenienced by not having items such as fridges and minibars in their en-suites.
