The members of staff from the front desk to the bar staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and will do everything they can to ensure you that you enjoy your stay here. Many have been mentioned by name for accommodating requests and for always being polite and courteous. They have also got a good knowledge of the local area and are very happy to give recommendations on what you can see and do in the area.

The hotel enjoys a very convenient near to the interchange of freeway 635 and highway 75 and is very easy to reach with Dallas and everything that it has to offer just 15-minutes away straight down highway 75 and just north there is Richardson Heights Village shopping mall where there are a number of shops and restaurants and also a cinema for your pleasure.

Every evening there is a happy hour where you can enjoy some complimentary drinks and some light snacks along with meeting the other guests. The waiting staff here are very friendly and on hand to give service with a smile.

There have been reports of there being bedbugs in some rooms with guests bitten in their sleep and others have reported cockroaches dead and alive in rooms which isn't very pleasant with some also finding them in the dining area.

The décor is looking very tired and dated in places with a refurbishment needed or at the very least a lick of paint to give a fresher more inviting appearance.

Although there is a lot of choice at breakfast the quality of the food isn't that good with reports that the potatoes taste like they were cooked the previous day and the eggs quite rubbery.
