Namsan Hill Hotel (Seoul, South Korea)

Guests loved the central location of the hotel, which is close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife venues as well as the main attractions and many museums. Most can be reached by a fifteen minute walk. A convenience store is right around the corner. Subway access and the Seoul train station are not far from the hotel.

Guests loved the very clean rooms. The beds have been described as comfortable. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The rooms are not very large but offer everything you might need for a city trip. Guests felt they received excellent value for their money.

Most guests liked the breakfast which is included in your stay. The buffet is a mixture of Korean and Western offerings, which is great if you would like to get a taste of the local cuisine. The service at breakfast is also exceptional and very attentive.

Guests were sometimes tired from a long day in the city and the hotel is located on a hill going up a steep incline, which might be a bit uncomfortable if you are not too good on foot or are just worn out.

Guests who had booked family rooms found the rooms very cramped and not providing much storage solutions. If you plan to not spend much time in the room it is still a good value for money.

While some guests had no problem finding staff that spoke fluent English others reported having trouble to communicate. This might depend who is on duty. A good tip is to use your translation app on a smartphone if you are having trouble to communicate.
