Hotel Hill House (Seoul, South Korea)

The rooms were found to be clean and cosy by guests who stayed here. They found the rooms to be quite spacious and to have the modern amenities. The rooms have flat-screens, air conditioning and microwaves. The space available in the rooms was good.

The hotel is located in a central area in Seoul close to various public transportation stops. It is in a lively area of the city close to shops, restaurants and bars. Guests were also able to head to various historical attractions in the city.

Guests were happy to find that the hotel was quiet and they were able to have a relaxing stay. They were happy they didn't have to bother with loud noises or rowdy guests because the rooms did a good job of keeping the noise out.

Guests felt the staff was not good with handling their guests. They were not flexible with guests by giving them more time to eat at breakfast, to check-in earlier and to have a to go breakfast. The restaurant staff would tell guests to leave even if they had not finished eating.

The hotel was found to be difficult to find as it is located on a hill. Guests who came with a taxi also found it difficult to find the hotel and it was frustrating that there were no clear directions.

The beds were found to be uncomfortable by guests who stayed here. They felt the mattresses were too hard and that they could not get a good rest because of this.
