Housekeeping could be improved
Many guests have noted that the housekeeping service could be improved. Guests have found the rooms could be cleaner, as well as reporting issues such as cobwebs, missing towels, and stained bedding. In some cases, rooms were not serviced at all.
negative:
Loud music from a nearby bar
Previous guests have noted that Hank’s Bar - a bar that shares the same parking lot as the hotel - plays loud music until late in the evening, particularly at the weekend. Unsurprisingly, this has been deemed a major issue by guests, with some reporting that their room was reverberating from the noise.
negative:
Parking can be a problem
Thanks to the shared parking facilities, guests have mentioned that it is not always easy or possible to find a space in the lot. The problem seems to be worse later in the evening when the bar customers have taken up many of the available spaces.
