Motel Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga/Hamilton Place (Chattanooga, USA)

The hotel is said to be in a good location by most guests who stayed here. There are plenty of places to eat and shop around. The area was in a vibrant location and also near the highway to gain easy access to other places in town.

The complimentary breakfast was found to be a good morning option by most guests. They enjoyed having plenty of food options to satisfy most tastes. There were hot waffles available, as well as omelets and yogurt.

The staff members were said to be friendly people by most guests who stayed here. They provided guests with toiletries if they were missing in the rooms. They were able to accommodate their requests for certain floors as well.

The rooms were found to be dirty by guests who were not impressed with the unclean environment of their accommodations. They found the carpets to be dirty, as well as the furnishings and/or bathrooms. Housekeeping was subpar at best.

The rooms were found to have a bad insulation for most guests who could hear the highway noise from the traffic. The noise was annoying for guests who were facing the highway. It was especially noisy during peak hours.

The toiletries were found to be missing or not restocked by guests who stayed here. They had to ask the front desk for the toiletries. Some also had too many conditioners and no shampoos for instance. It would’ve been nice to have the correct number of toiletries.
