Motel Americas Best Value Inn and Suites St. Cloud (Saint Cloud, USA)

Located just off Highway 10 a couple of miles outside central Saint Cloud, this hotel is a cinch to get to by car, and is in a good position for exploring Saint Cloud. You won't find a much cheaper hotel this close to the center, and there are plenty of restaurants, parks and family attractions within a 10-minute drive.

With plentiful free onsite parking, there's no hassle with transport, and you'll be pulling up in the parking lot almost as soon as you exit the highway. If you're on a layover between flights, however, and you don't have a car, it's still no issue, since the hotel can arrange free airport transfers.

The front desk runs an efficient operation and service with a smile. Most guests who stay here find that check-in is a painless, speedy process, so you won't have to hang around long before you can relax in your room and make use of the hotel's facilities, like the pool or the business center.

America's Best Value Inn & Suites Saint Cloud isn't in the best condition, and as well as being generally outdated, many of the facilities and in-room amenities have not been well-maintained and are prone to failing. Guests have complained about broken TV sets, errtatic air-conditioning, and dirty facilities, among other things.

You can't expect much from a free hotel breakfast, but you'll have to set your sights particularly low here. If a half-decent coffee and pastry is all you need to get going in the morning, then it just about does the trick, but otherwise, you'll be better off heading elswhere.

While the location is convenient, it's not the best area of Saint Cloud, and if you're traveling alone or with children, it may not be the best place to stay - guests have complained about the parking lot and neighborhood feeling dodgy at night.
