From check-in to check-out and everything in between, it appears that staff here - from front of house to cleaners to breakfast bar attendants - are nothing but excellent. Guests report being greeted with a smile regardless of the time of day they arrive and it seems that, no matter what they need, their requests are met promptly and efficiently.

While this hotel sees lots of families and couples, it consistently receives top-marks from business travelers for its amenities. A good Wi-Fi connection helps, but many also found the on-site business facilities to be truly excellent. In addition, it offers great access to the local convention center.

The breakfast here is highly rated and guests were very much impressed by the sheer variety of items on offer - especially the yogurt bar.

While this property is located just off of Highway 10 in St. Cloud, many visitors have noted that the approach to this hotel isn't very obvious. Some feel that more signage is needed to help orient guests.

While many had quiet stays, some rooms here are located near an active train track. A few guests found that this made for a rather noisy stay and a restless night's sleep.

All in all, this property received very high marks for cleanliness. However, there were some reports of dirty sheets and smoky smelling rooms here. A few guests were also bothered by a slight discoloration of the caulking in their bathrooms and some noted bits and patches of older wallpaper peeking through the newer stuff in their units.
