Overall, guests have felt satisfied with the range of facilities available at this motel. The presence of a 24-hour pool has been an obvious plus point for many, although guests also appreciate the ample free parking, the free shuttle transportation, and game console hire. It's unlikely that you will find yourself short of anything here.

Although there's a small extra charge to have your dog stay with you at this motel, few guests have found the charge excessive and have generally felt that the room quality was high enough so as they didn't feel they were ‘making do'.

Guests have found the room rates here very reasonable. There's no breakfast on offer but you will benefit from complimentary parking and Internet access as well as free transport services and low-cost DVD/console hire. Overall, it's a budget-friendly choice.

Feedback about the standard of the rooms here tends to vary - likely because only some of the rooms have been modernised. Those rooms that have been updated tend to impress but the remainder has left guests feeling disappointed by their surroundings.

As well as some complaints about the general maintenance of the rooms, guests note that there is a lack of attention to detail when it comes to the finishing touches. For example, some guests have had no cutlery. Others have had plenty of cutlery but no dishwashing liquid or tea towels.

Your room won't be routinely serviced here and if you want service, you will have to specifically request it. Despite the fact  that the hosts are generally found to be friendly and helpful, guests who did ask sometimes felt that they were imposing and that it was a big issue.
