The villas are within easy walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a walking track close by which takes you along the cliff tops, one direction leading into the town centre and the other to a lighthouse. Local attractions also include the Koala Hospital, Macquarie Nature Reserve and Roto House which are less than ten-minutes' walk away.

Guests found the villas to be spacious, clean and well presented with bright and tasteful furnishings. The kitchens are also modern and include all the necessary cookware and appliances for preparing meals, as well as a few basics such a carton of milk, salt and pepper. Guests also enjoyed use of the small private terrace which features an electrical barbecue.

The staff have been described as welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. They are quick to provide information and respond to requests for assistance.
