Hotel WinnQuest Inn (San Antonio, USA)

The WinnQuest Inn is well-situated within the San Antonio area to provide the ideal base for both business and pleasure stays. The property is just eight kilometres from the San Antonio International Airport and five minutes from the San Antonio city centre, families can enjoy many nearby local attractions including the Six Flags Fiesta Amusement Park, just twenty minutes away and the historic Fort Sam Houston historic landmark.

All rooms include en-suite bathroom facilities and are available as smoking, non-smoking and disability-friendly options. All rooms also contain a desk, flat screen TV with cable access, free Wi-Fi, microwave and refrigerator, regardless of choice.

The hotel provides a number of good value-for-money services for both its business clients and family visitors including a secure outdoor parking area with convenient easy-access to all rooms via an exterior corridor system. Business guests can also benefit from a complimentary wake-up service and a business centre with faxing and photocopying facilities.

Curiously while the WinnQuest Inn features an indoor pool in their brochure material, the reality is that there is no pool available onsite as the indoor pool room is currently being remodelled for other purposes.

Unfortunately the hotel does not provide any coffee makers in any of the rooms on offer. Guests can however purchase coffee from nearby restaurants or convenience stores in the area.

The hotel room walls are quite thin and do little to keep exterior noise out, either from neighbouring guests or the nearby busy road. The property is also close to San Antonio International Airport and planes passing overhead can provide substantial noise at various times.
