Members of staff, for the most part, are super friendly and efficient; inspiring the guest with confident relaxation.

Rooms are exceptionally well maintained and cleaned on a regular basis.

Lots of choice of hot and cold dishes. The perfect start to any day.

The swimming pool temperature is far too hot for leisure bathing and the accompanying atmosphere is extremely muggy and unpleasant. If they just turned the heat down + it would be great. In fact, humidity is a real problem in all areas of the hotel, including rooms where the air conditioning can barely cope.

Members of the front desk staff can be rather brusque. Management should remember that the front desk is the paying guests' snapshot of the entire hotel. It must be a stressful job, no doubt about that, but it seems that some individuals need to go on a customer service refresher course. Some of the guests cause concern too and there are some menacing characters hanging around. They are obviously long stay and part of the furniture. Throughout the day and night, there are constant comings and goings to some rooms. Three guesses aren't needed - two will do - as to the reasons for this!

There must be an alternative to the cleaning staff's routine.  one that avoids the stripping rooms for changing and dumping laundry in the corridor. Apart from it being difficult for residents to negotiate piles of soiled laundry, they are surely creating a major obstruction in the event of an emergency. Laundry, itself, needs upgrading. Even the clean stuff is worryingly stained.
