Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Panama City (Panama City, USA)

The hotel is set in a nice area within a ten minute walk from the shopping center and from many eateries and stores. The area is also close to the business area of town and a relatively short driving distance from the beach. There were plenty of activities to do.

The hotel is said to be relatively modern and new by man guests who stayed here. They enjoyed having a nice lobby to relax in, as well as a large swimming pool and a bistro to eat. The common areas were a nice sight to have during their stay.

Many guests enjoyed having a clean and spacious accommodation available. The housekeeping did a good job of cleaning the rooms daily and it was a good place to sleep in.

There were guests who felt the staff’s customer service was lacking and unfriendly. These guests were not happy that the staff and general managers were not sympathetic to their particular situation. They would not reduce a price or understand the person’s point of view.

The towels were found to be a disappointment by guests who felt they were too thin and rough for their taste. They would have preferred to have thicker and softer towels to use.

There were guests who were disappointed with the fact they found the hotel to be too expensive for what they had. There was nothing special about the place and everything was just ok, not above average as a hotel of this name charges.
