According to guests, the staff service here is one of the highlights and people said that the team members seemed happy to go out of their way to help, and moreover, were all said to be friendly, professional, courteous and to possess good local knowledge.

TownePlace Suites Panama City's beds were reportedly very comfortable and the suites themselves were mentioned as being clean and well kept. Furthermore, the price was also something noted with satisfaction, with guests considering the value for money to be rather good, and some were happy to find they could enjoy a pool on site.

The location of this hotel was considered to be great and is apparently handy for driving to downtown Panama City, while a handful of restaurants and cafes were also said to be found in the vicinity. However, keep in mind that a few people found it a little too far from Panama Beach.

The breakfast buffet was one of the only areas in which guests thought their stay at TownePlace Suites Panama City could have been improved, and a small number of people mentioning that the complimentary service was too crowded. On top of this, a few others thought the selection of fare on offer could have been greater, but this may have been due, in part, to limited availability of items in the busy buffet.
