With each room being decorated differently, according to a different province in Europe, each stay is different with guests being afforded the chance to have a unique experience upon every visit.

With exquisite on-site dining in the Cafe Provencal and guests being offered a continental breakfast spread with fresh fruits, quiches, croissants, speciality breads, yoghurt and cereals every morning, it's no surprise that guests have been more than satisfied with the food being served at this hotel.

In the unique and beautiful setting, the tranquil atmosphere transports guests to a beautiful place when they visit this hotel. The environment is unique and has been explained by guests to be perfect. Guests have commended this hotel on its extravagant accommodations and have been more than happy giving this hotel an excellent rating as a result.

The wooden floors, although they add to the beauty of this hotel, have been the subject of some complaints. Guests can hear any movement outside their room and the bottom floor rooms especially have also been noted to be noisy as people can hear any movement above their room.

The Wi-Fi at this hotel, although freely offered and available throughout the property, has been said to be rather "spotty". It did not detract from the stay at this magnificent hotel but guests would have preferred a faster connection and more reliable internet.

Some of the incidents noted were isolated occurrences and may not be the general case. However guests have complained that the service level offered to them was not made out to be of paramount importance.
