Perth has many beautiful beaches with Cottosloe being one of the top ten which is around 20 minutes away by car. Guests can relax and unwind and try local water-sports, visit the Zoo or the Aquarium or have a stroll around the many vineyards in the area.

Huge apartments
The reviews regarding the size of the apartments are all very positive. Those who have chosen two and three bedrooms have all mentioned there is more than enough space for a large family to enjoy a stay here. The living area is huge, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are also spacious.

The apartments are right in the centre giving you easy access to everything. Shops, train stations, sights and bars. Previous guests have been delighted by the added convenience once they have arrived.

Very secure parking
The parking included within the price is in a very secure car park underneath the building. Those who stay are given a key fob which opens a gate and allows you to park in your allocated space giving you peace of mind when staying for a longer period.

Wi-Fi signal is poor
Unfortunately the Wi-Fi is described as very slow and poor. There are reviews from business users and those staying on holiday who have explained the signal drops out al the time and there is no consistency.

Taken to different apartments upon arrival
There are many people who have had the same experience when they have arrived to check in recently. They have been moved to a different building to the one they thought they were staying in. This may be due to double bookings or issues within the apartments.

Not cleaned properly
There are many previous guests who have not been impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathrooms. Also maintenance issues such as light bulbs which have gone off have not been checked before arrival, guests have to ring reception straight away to ask for replacements.
