Guests appreciated how it didn't cost them a lot of money to stay here. Many of them needed a place to stay when they were in between moving house or in the area because of work assignments and they liked how the rates were low, and available by the week.

Guests appreciated that the units have full kitchens. They liked being able to cook meals, because doing that allowed them to save money even more while in the area. For many guests, the kitchens were among the most convenient parts of the rooms.

Guests said they thought the staff did a good job of making the premises as safe as possible. This was accomplished through ample lighting and security cameras. There were comments from people who were staying alone, and even those guests said they did not feel unsafe.

Guests hated the beds in these units. They said the mattresses offered little to no support and were laid across hard sets of springs. This meant that sleeping was usually uncomfortable, even for people who didn't usually have back problems.

Guests thought the cost of Wi-Fi was too much, and they were not satisfied by the speed it offered. They said although it is advertised as having a high-speed connection, it was actually so slow that even loading basic webpages was difficult.

Guests thought the rooms were not well furnished. They didn't like having to buy the amenities that weren't offered as standard, and wished the rooms offered a bit more in terms of supplies and comfortable furniture.
