Negative Reviews
negative:
Noisy rooms.
Several guests reported that they witnessed a lot of noise during their stay, which seemed to come from a variety of sources. For one, they noticed that you could hear toilets flushing, movement above your room, and those facing the street were a bit bothered by the traffic noise.
negative:
Rooms in the basement not ideal
Guests having to stay in these few rooms were less than pleased with their accommodations, as these were dark and were basically eye-level with the pool, which also meant hearing all the activity that goes on there until late night.
negative:
Housekeeping inconsistent.
According to several guests, housekeeping didn't consistently do a decent job, as not every room was made up every day despite guests having requested such a service. Even those that were obviously cleaned seemed to have been cleaned superficially with guests still finding dust, hair and trash in the rooms afterwards.
