Shop (and eat) til you drop...
Guests like the hotel's location directly across the street from one of the nicest malls in Indy, noting there are also a wide variety of restaurants (both chain and local) in amongst the shops as well. It's also convenient to downtown, provided you have a car; the trip takes about 15-20 minutes, as the hotel is close to a major surface road that leads right into the city centre.
positive:
All the comforts of home...
Many guests rave about the "homey" feeling of in the quiet, modern suites, often commenting that the kitchens are well equipped for cooking. Young families particularly love the space and flexibility offered by the one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. The on site gym is smallish, though reasonably well equipped, and fit travellers love the complementary access to LifeTime Fitness. The outdoor pool and grilling area are well maintained and inviting, too.
positive:
A good first impression...
The front desk staff have received many rave reviews for their friendly and professional customer service. The cleaning staff are also top notch, and happy to accommodate guests' requests. Travellers also like that coffee, cookies, and juice are always available in the lobby.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Too tight for some...
Though most enjoy the rooms' practical layout, some find the space just too small, overall. Others dislike the residential "complex" style of the building, finding it difficult to navigate to their rooms from the front desk.
negative:
Blink and you'll miss it...
Guests note the building is tucked behind another property and it can be difficult to spot the entrance from the road due to the "discreet" signage.
negative:
Making up is hard to do...
A small number of guests have been inconvenienced by barking dogs or housekeeping oversights and/or were offered little compensation in response to these sorts of issues.
