Missed Housekeeping
For the most part, the rooms are kept clean and serviced well. Occasionally, however, it's been reported that the housekeeping has missed several rooms, forgotten requests for turndown service or simply didn't finish cleaning the room.

Not So Central
The hotel is in the middle of the business district of Toronto, which is great for business travelers but guests staying for leisure thought it was too far from the major attractions. It took 15 minutes to walk to the waterfront.

Expect A Lesser View
Several guests were disappointed with the views from their rooms, claiming that it was not what was advertised. The city views especially are over hyped at lower levels, consisting mostly of business buildings next door or rooftops.
