Situated in the heart of downtown Denver
Positioned opposite the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and nestled amongst the vast assortment of restaurants, attractions, shops and nightlife that downtown Denver has to offer, the Hotel Teatro is considered to be in a prime location. Moreover, for attractions a little further afield, such as the Denver Zoo and Denver Museum of Nature & Science, the hotel's complimentary - and highly regarded - shuttle service can come in handy.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Outside noise can be disruptive
Although all the rooms have reportedly been soundproofed, some previous guests have mentioned that external noise can be troublesome at the Hotel Teatro.
negative:
Self-parking is not available
The hotel does not have on-site parking available for its guests. With that said, valet parking is an option although it comes at the expense of a daily fee - a fee which has been considered expensive by a small number of past visitors.
negative:
Some rooms on the small side
While the rooms at the Hotel Teatro have been highly praised by the large majority of former visitors, a complaint that has been brought up on occasion is that some of the rooms are small. However, this does not tend to spoil the ambience and comfortableness of the accommodations provided.
