Visitors explain that the hotel is located in the heart of downtown Denver with a number of places within walking distance. The Colorado Convention Center is a three-minute walk from the property while the Colorado State Capitol can be reached in ten minutes on foot.

It is not cheap to park at the hotel according to visitors who point out that the property only offers valet parking which is fairly costly. In addition to this, there are a few other parking lots near by, but travellers report that parking at these can also be fairly expensive.

Guests report that the accommodations are not soundproofed and this makes it easy for noises to get into your room. There are also some road noises as well as the sounds of trains passing by that can disturb you when relaxing in your room.

While some views from the rooms of the hotel are pleasant, others leave a little to be desired. Travellers note that the views from certain rooms, especially those on the lower floors, are pretty dull.
