Hotel Super 8 by Wyndham Oklahoma/Frontier City (Oklahoma City, USA)

Guests liked the well-appointed, renovated rooms with new flooring, sinks, showers and art work. The bedding was comfortable. Guests found that, although the hotel is close to an amusement park, it is quiet, and guests got a restful sleep after a hard days' work. They found the room to be warm in spite of the snow outside.

Guests rated the customer service to be top notch. The front desk staff answered all questions posed by the guests. They informed the guests about the local attractions in the area, and the best eateries nearby.

Guests noted that the hotel is a good place to stay on a budget. They enjoyed the coffee served in the lobby. Everything seemed to be good for the price. The location is great - close to restaurants, shops, gas station, as well as places to see. They enjoyed the breakfast served with a smile.

Some guests found cockroaches in the bathrooms. The towels were not fluffy, and they were not enough. There was no trash bin in the rooms and toiletries were missing. No extra pillows were supplied, and some were flat. The bath tubs in some bathrooms need to be resurfaced.

Guests wanted an increase in the list of items in the breakfast menu. There were no waffles or fruit juices.

Check-in process was slow. All guests complained that the ice machine did not have ice, and the soda machine was out of order. The housekeeping staff disturbed the guests in spite of the DND sign on the door.
