Quiet yet convenient location..
Guests appreciate the hotel's location near the Love Field Airport, and find the complimentary shuttle very convenient. The hotel is also within a 25-minute drive of AT&T Stadium and downtown Dallas. Runners, and four-legged guests, love the 4.5-mile trail out back, noting that it ends at Bachman Creek Park.

Come hungry..
Though there are few restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, many guests are happy to stay and eat at the new Tap & Tavern gastropub on site, noting the menu is varied and the bar features several Texas craft beers. The complimentary breakfast also gets high marks for the quality and variety on offer, with many positive comments for the cooked-to-order eggs and pancakes. Thirsty travelers enjoy the evening receptions as well.
positive:
Friendly, professional staff..
Many guests have given the front desk staff positive reviews, often commenting on their smiling faces and cheerful, efficient approach to resolving issues. Kudos are also due to the housekeeping team; guests frequently describe the rooms as very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Ready for refurbishment..
Many guests note that the Embassy Suites Dallas Love Field is an older building, and guests generally agree that the rooms are ready for refurbishment. Dated decor, out-of-date bathrooms, and carpets in need of either deeper cleaning or replacement are frequently reported issues.
negative:
Not entirely "suite"..
Several of the rooms do not feature the chain's signature two-room layout. Guests often describe these studio suites as "tiny", and feel they offer less insulation from the noise in the hallway and atrium areas.
negative:
To err is human..
Though most guests arrive to find their rooms clean, a few guests were dismayed to find insects on the floor or similar housekeeping oversights. Others experienced a long wait for the shuttle or a disappointing experience at the front desk.
