Negative Reviews
negative:
Early End
The pool and equipment rental offices close down quite early. Guests did not like that everything had to be returned while it was still daylight. It's a good idea to double check on the closing times to return your equipment on time.
negative:
Lacking in Appetite
Guests were not too impressed with the food available at the resort. Most of the menu items are American, with limited local choices. The breakfast buffet, especially, needs more variety, and needs to be taken care of more, as most "hot" items were served warm at best. Beer connoisseurs may also be disappointed as selections are quite limited. If you're picky about food, Pan-Asian inspired Himitsu gets the best reviews - a reservation is recommended.
negative:
Half-Done Housekeeping
There have been several complains about housekeeping being inattentive, and the hotel in general not being taken care of. The minibars are often not restocked, the windows are murky, sand can be found in the carpets and the pool isn't attended to daily.
