Negative Reviews
negative:
Dark hallways and elevators.
Some guests complain of hallways/corridors and elevators being too dark and while some feel that this creates an atmosphere that is too somber for a boutique hotel, other feel that it adds more of a sense of calmness to the environment.
negative:
Slow valet services.
The hotel offers a valet service and no free self-parking. Valet services can be very slow and cumbersome, with turnaround times sometimes as long as forty minutes. .
negative:
Lack of showers and no complimentary breakfast.
Curiously the hotel en-suite bathrooms are bath-only and do not feature showers, something that some guests may find unappealing or inconvenient. The hotel also does not offer any complimentary breakfast. .
