Guests appreciated the friendly, helpful and professional attitude, and the level of customer service given by the staff. They willingly informed guests about the local area attractions, and the places to eat nearby. They tried their best to resolve every problem faced by the guests.

Guests were satisfied with the clean and comfortable rooms overlooking the lake. They found the rooms to be quiet, charming and spacious, with lots of closet space. They were also satisfied with the Wi-Fi network in the rooms. Families spoke highly about the in-room amenities, especially the two flat-screen TVs. They also found the microwaves and minifridges to be very handy. There were many spare towels in the bathrooms. They did not hear any Interstate noises, and slept soundly.

Guests loved the location of the hotel overlooking the picturesque lake. The easy access provided by the highway was very convenient. Local attractions are plenty, and places to shop and eat are many, all close by. Guests loved the indoor pool, which was constantly kept warm. They also liked the exercise room and that the parking space was aplenty. Overall, they felt that the entire property was well kept.

Guests felt that large groups of people cannot be accommodated in the pool at the same time, as it was small in size.

Guests were not happy with the small breakfast area, as it would get too crowded in the morning.

Guests found the heater/AC to be too noisy. They also complained about the dingy lighting in the bathrooms.
