Hotel Hilton Mystic (Mystic, USA)

Guests love being right across the street from the Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mystick Village. The Seaport Museum is within a healthy one-mile walk, though a complimentary shuttle is also available. Drivers often note that the hotel is right off I-95, and offers plenty of free parking. Watch Hill, East Beach, the carousel, and two high end casinos are within a short drive.

The Hilton Mystic underwent a major interior renovation in 2015. The lobby, guest rooms, and the restaurant all received a brand-new, contemporary look, and recent reviews are very positive. Guests generally describe the rooms as very clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds.

The front desk staff have received many rave reviews for their friendly, informative, and professional customer service, with guests often noting that they are pleased to recommend restaurants, accommodate special requests, and go "above and beyond" to resolve any issues guests may have. Compliments also go to the chef at the newly opened restaurant, The Irons.

Though the breakfast buffet has received positive reviews, more than a few guests have found it "pricey" and note there is a Starbucks just across the street.

Some guests wish for a wider variety and greater number of machines in the fitness room. A few others have found some of the machines in need of maintenance or cleaning. Though the pool area is inviting with lots of windows, a few guests have felt the water may need more frequent attention during busy periods.

Though the staff have received many positive reviews, a few guests have received a disappointingly ineffective response to their maintenance or housekeeping issues.
