Issues with the towels
The staff only supplies towels during the first day of your stay. They don't replace the towels unless you request them to do so. You can go on a five-day stay without any clean towels. Thus, you are advised to bring your own towels.

The hotel promotes having coffee makers in the rooms. However, some of them do not work properly. The coffee cups also have some particulates at the bottom, which looks like coffee residue from previous guests. If you encounter these troubles, ask the staff for replacements.

Some members of the front desk staff seem to be ignorant of your requests. For example, if you want to contact them for your room to be cleaned, you have to call more than twice before they answer. However, upon raising this to the management, the employees sincerely apologize.
