Hotel Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Town Center (Virginia Beach, USA)

The hotel is in downtown Virginia Beach and as such there are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. There are also a few bars and even a comedy club not too far away for those that fancy a night out on the town.

The staff at the hotel from the front desk to the housekeepers are very good at their jobs and are always friendly to all of the guests. They are full of interesting info about the local area and if you want to find a good place to eat just ask.

The amenities at the hotel come in for a lot of praise with many of the guests commenting on the gym and the pool. They say that it is quite surprising to find such great facilities at a three-star hotel.

Some guests of this hotel have complained of funny smells in the bathrooms and of having dirty bed linen. This is not what they expected of a hotel with the Hilton name especially considering the high rate they had paid.

The restaurant's food is acceptable but the waiting time to be served is not. Guests have said that they could have left and eaten somewhere else and been back to the hotel in the time it took to get a basic meal ordered.

This hotel is in a great location, but the rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel left some guests annoyed at the high rate. When paying so much money you expect a certain level of hospitality that was lacking in this hotel.
