Throughout the reviews left by previous guests, its clear the staff do a great job of cleaning and keeping the hotel presentable. The room reviews as well as the public areas are mentioned and the food area is always kept very clean also.

The staff on reception, at breakfast and the maids all have great reviews. They are attentive, happy to help and always at hand if there are any issues which need resolving.

As the hotel is very near to many local attractions as well as the White house, the prices have been described as reasonable and most would return again for this reason. Those who have stayed have explained you can walk to many places once parked at the hotel which creates a more relaxed stay.

Unfortunately there appears to be many reviews from guests expressing their disappointment with the air conditioning machines in the rooms, they all appear to be noisy and keep guests awake at night. Some said they just turned it off but didn't have a very comfortable nights sleep.

The pool only appears to open at specific times. They are comments left by previous visitors to say it is only open at the weekend and is not very well maintained. Dirt can be seen at the bottom of the pool and round the sides.

The walls have been described as thin by many as there is a lot of noise heard from people above and below and also from the corridors when people return to their rooms at all times of the day.
