Hyatt Regency Bethesda is in an excellent position if you want easy access to plenty of places of interest. The Metro station is on its doorstep, meaning you can venture around Bethesda and head to D.C. without any trouble. There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby as well.

The front desk staff are a delight. They will happily engage you in friendly conversation and make you feel very welcome. They are also really efficient and hard-working and can deal with any issues you may have in a professional way.

The bed and bedding are very comfortable here and the level of cleanliness is good in guestrooms, as it is in the restaurants and all public areas of the building.

While the hotel is clean, some of the furnishing and facilities are feeling a little bit old now. The hotel is quite dated and things seem a bit tired. Some of the furnishings have certainly seen better days. A freshen up would really do the world of good.

The walls at Hyatt Regency Bethesda are somewhat thin. You might find that you can easily hear talking in rooms around you, even if your neighbors aren't being especially loud. The air-conditioning can be quite noisy at times as well.

If you are bringing your car to this hotel then, be warned, the parking prices here are unavoidable and not cheap. Another expense is the continental breakfast, so bear these in mind when planning your trip.
