Most guests felt the staff were nice people and who were knowledgeable of the area and recommended places to visit. They were enjoyable people to talk to and made their experience memorable. They would go beyond the norm of customer service by returning lost items for instance.

Many guests were happy with the clean and spacious environment they stayed in. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, the kitchenettes fitted and the beds comfortable. Guests liked particular details that stood out such as the showers or the sitting areas.

The studio rooms were thought to be very family-friendly by many guests. They were spacious and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the common areas quiet. Breakfast was free which was a positive for those traveling as a family.

Guests who stayed here were a bit disappointed the hotel is not in downtown Athens but rather on the outskirts of town. There is not much in the area and one would need a car to venture out and do activities.
