The Quirky Decor
The hotel décor is quirky, distinctive, colorful, and trendy. It will probably be one of the most unique hotels you will come upon during your travels. It's not just for looks either. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. They offer complimentary toiletries, Keurig coffee machine, fridge, and more.
positive:
Great For Running Into Town
The property location is ideal for day trips into downtown Athens and other nearby districts.
positive:
Nice Exterior
The pool area is surrounded by beautiful greenery. The facility is in a brick foundry, which looks very attractive and interesting. There are plenty of large pane glass windows and it looks well maintained.

negative:
Feel Left Out
Guest are required to show their parking permit on the premises; however, parking can be limited if there are people visiting the hotel and there's no room for guests. You feel that as a paying customer staying at the hotel, you have no support.

Is This For College Kids Or Traveling Guests?
It's a trendy hotel and it becomes apparent with all the college kids hanging out in the lobby/coffee shop. Perhaps it's because of the free Wi-Fi, unconventional décor, or whatever, but the hotel is on the opposite side of town from UGA! It makes you wonder if you are staying in a hotel or visiting a college campus. Overall, there's no privacy for hotel guests.

We're Doing You A Favor
The staff seems a bit standoffish. Okay, it's a cool, hip place, but it's not Ibiza and it's not highly exceptional. Staff need to be more friendly and warm. They act like they are doing YOU a favor by allowing you to stay there.
