positive:
Pet Fee Is Cheap Compared To Other Area Hotels
You will be more than pleased if you travel with your four-legged friend and looking for a place to stay in the vicinity of Duluth. The hotel pet fee is relatively cheap and the size of your pet pooch doesn't matter.
positive:
It's Clean, Modern, And Functional
The hotel is satisfactorily clean with impressive updates. It has a “living” feel to it and not a place where you simply lay your head. The laundry room is nice and the fitness room is functional. It appears that they have taken a great deal of care updating the facility.
positive:
Eating In Is Convenient
The kitchen is fully equipped with eating utensils, including plates, a pot and pan. There is also microwavable food in the hotel vending machine.

The Housekeeping Charade
Housekeeping appears to be a bit off-schedule. Visitors have a set date for their suite to be cleaned; however, if housekeeping doesn't show up, you'll have to wait...and wait...and wait. Eventually they will get there, but when is anybody's guess!

Really, You Can't Make This Stuff Up
Perhaps you should be sitting down for this bit of information. In any case, when you arrive at the front desk there is someone sitting not too far from the desk. Nevertheless, you have to call on the front-desk phone to speak with reception who are right there in front of you in order to get service.
negative:
They Might Give It Away
You could have the misfortune of your room disappearing as the hotel staff seem to have an issue with arranging visitor rooms. Moreover, they appear to be partial to smokers as only one floor is designated for non-smokers.
