Handy central location

The proximity to Dollywood amusement park about six miles away was another bonus.

No frills rooms offered fair value for money
Some reviewers said that although they weren't pristine, the rooms were often functional as well as clean and comfortable enough for a short stay on a budget. There was praise for the way the rooms not only had the basics for sleeping and washing, but also contained microwaves and fridges as standard. Perks like the pet-friendly policy and free morning coffee were a bonus. As room rates were competitive, plenty of guests felt they got fair value for money.
