Hotel Sea Trail Golf Resort & Convention Center (Sunset Beach, USA)

The resort boasts three different golf courses, at various difficulty levels, all championship level with scenic landscaping. They also have a driving range, chipping range, two putting greens, and two golf shops. This was a huge draw for vacationers, and a wonderful way for convention attendees to sneak a little much needed recreation into their work trip.

Most guests who hosted large events like conferences or weddings at the resort applauded their superior organization skills. Everything went off without a hitch, thanks to the very involved event staff and coordinators, and it was easy for guests to secure their accommodations as well.

The majority of previous guests at Sea Trail Golf Resort & Convention Center had nothing but nice things to say about the staff there. They reported that everyone they encountered was warm and friendly, and maintained their professional demeanor even under trying circumstance.

Many guests were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms and the common areas of the resort. They noticed cobwebs, mildew in the bathrooms on the shower curtains and grout, as well as on the outdoor furniture, and carpets that had not been vacuumed properly.

Guests got the general impression that some of the rooms and their accompanying furnishing are much more recently refurbished than others. Those that stayed in the older rooms complained of threadbare sheets, outdated decor, worn carpets, and cracks in the ceiling.

Some guests found that the answer to that question was not as simple as they had assumed. Several had assumed they had booked their room with the hotel, only to find that their unit was actually a privately owned timeshare. As such, if they experienced issues during their stay, some found it much easier to contact management and have those issues resolved than others.
