Convenient for Pigeon Forge attractions
For many guests, this hotel is ideally situated for exploring the main attractions of Pigeon Forge. The Elvis & Hollywood Legends Museum is a just a few minutes' walk away, but for those hoping to explore further afield, there is a trolley stop located directly outside of this hotel. From here, it's just a short ride to Dollywood.

Many visitors commented that this hotel - which is located off of the Parkway - is very convenient for a stopover, especially if you are simply transiting through the Smoky Mountain Region.

It was also noted that prices here are considerably cheaper than nearby Gatlinburg, making this a bargain choice in the area. With your wallet in mind, several guests also noted that Jacuzzi rooms here are a very good deal.

Worn down and outdated, missing amenities
Unfortunately, there are consistent reviews regarding the outdated look and feel of this hotel. Guests reported widespread issues of crumbling walls, loose toilet and shower fixtures and missing knobs. At the time of writing, it also appears that the elevator is out of order. Visitors also reported missing amenities such as hair dryers and refrigerators.

Unsatisfying breakfast
This property advertises a complimentary continental breakfast. However, a number of guests were disappointed to find that offerings were either non-existent or comprised simply of donuts and coffee.

Finally, there seem to be consistent concerns regarding housekeeping here. Some commented on dirty linen and guests with longer stays noted that their towels were not refreshed regularly. Additionally, there were some reports of bed bugs and mold here. Others also reported that, upon checking into their rooms, the garbage left by previous occupants had not yet been collected from the waste basket.
