positive:
You'll have room to spread out
Guests appreciated how spacious the rooms are. They found them to be much larger than they had expected, and those that had traveled with their families appreciated that there was plenty of room for everyone.
positive:
It's very inexpensive
For many guests, the low nightly rate was their primary draw to this hotel. Rates in the city can run high, and guests were happy to save some of their money for other parts of their trip.
Negative Reviews
negative:
It attracts a less than savory crowd
Quite a few guests had to experience the displeasure of having some shady characters occupying the rooms around them and the hallways outside the room. They complained of drug dealers, call girls, and homeless people populating the motel. A few expressed worry for their safety, and some were so concerned they elected not to stay once they had seen the place.
negative:
It's rather run down
Many guests noticed things that were broken in their room as well as in the common areas of the hotel. Broken lamps were a common compliant, and many made note of a large hole in the ceiling above the ice machine. Several also had trouble getting their older-model TV to work.
negative:
It's not very clean
Previous guests raised a number of complaints about the cleanliness of the hotel, including stains on the walls and curtains, dust, and carpets that were not vacuumed properly, but the most grievous complaint was that some of the rooms have a substantial amount of black mold growing in the ceilings above the showers.
