The hotel is located right off a freeway and is easy to spot from the road according to guests. The highway can also take you into downtown Portland in 15-minutes and if you don't feel like driving, the property is within walking distance to a nearby tram station that can take you into the city as well.

Despite being near a freeway, guests say the hotel is relatively quiet and that the sound from the road doesn't really affect the property. Quite a few guests also point out that the beds at the hotel are comfortable and help you enjoy a nice night of rest.

Travelers note that the employees at the hotel are very friendly and are willing to assist you during your stay or provide advice on getting around the local area.

A large contingent of guests at the hotel did not enjoy the hotel's complimentary breakfast buffet which they say offered very little. Visitors add the items served at breakfast were minimal and not all that good. You will find pastries, toast, coffee and juice among the items served.

The hotel does offer free Wi-Fi but it is limited to one device. Some visitors say not only was this policy annoying, but the Wi-Fi wasn't all that good either. Problems with it include a weak signal that doesn't reach all the rooms and slow speeds once connected.

Several guests point out that the property looks outdated from the outside and the accommodations seem to be worn out once you're inside. Some visitors state that the furnishing in the rooms as well the bathrooms looked somewhat rough and could stand to be updated.
