positive:
Beautiful decor
This hotel is decorated in an elegant style which is soothing and very pleasing, recalling an era of gracious living, when things went at a slower, steadier pace. The decor and fine linen give an elegant feeling to the rooms.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Breakfast slightly limited
The hotel provides an extended, continental breakfast to guests. Most guests enjoy the breakfast, although there are some who feel that the breakfast could do with a little more variety in order to be truly amazing.
negative:
Parking issues
The hotel provides a charged parking service. Many of the guests find the parking situation a little less than convenient and are not too happy with it. Incidentally, the local streetcar stops right outside the hotel, which is great. However, for those who are driving, the parking system at this hotel needs to be a little more user-friendly, it is felt.
negative:
Noise, small rooms
A few guests mention noise disturbance from the streetcars, which may be slightly annoying, while mentioning that these do not run at night. Also, the rooms are compact rather than spacious, which some may find a little constricting.
