Guests staying here were very fond of the location, with their reviews noting that they were in a perfect spot for exploring all of the attractions of Reykjavik on foot. In particular, people were glad to be just a short stroll away from Hallgrimskirkja, within easy walking distance of pick-up points for day trips and a matter of minutes from plenty of spots for dining or drinking.

The family staff running this guesthouse were thought to be nice, genuine sorts and reportedly made guests feel very welcome, often going beyond the call of duty to accommodate guest requests.

Those simply looking for somewhere simple, comfortable, warm and reasonably priced to sleep while exploring Reykjavik were happy with what they found at this guesthouse, often concluding that the value for money was just right. Guests also appreciated the fact that there was a shared kitchen they could use to brew a cuppa or make a meal.

Not everyone was impressed by the fact that they had to use shared bathroom facilities and some guests also had difficulty locating the guesthouse entrance at first. While you should keep these things in mind, the vast majority of guests did not seem to have much issue with them.
