Upgraded accommodations are pretty swish
It’s fair to say that a significant proportion of guests who’ve stayed in the hotel’s upgraded (“Plus”) accommodations have been impressed by the dark wood furnishings and wood floors they encountered. The coffee-makers, fridges and microwaves (with complimentary snack and breakfast) have been a big hit too!

Friendly staff members are very hospitable
A warm welcome, a professional attitude and a positive outlook: the staff members here are exactly the kind of people you’d choose to have looking after your well-being for a night or two.

Can’t fault the location
Just off the Interstate, close to numerous shopping and dining options, and within easy striking distance of DC and Dulles Airport; this hotel is blessed with a location that is really very handy indeed. There’s even a bowling alley right across the street!

Guest room bathrooms are pretty compact
Whilst the granite countertops and modern remodeling offer a great deal in the way of esthetic appeal, there’s no getting away from the fact that the bathrooms here are more than a little compact. Definitely something to consider if you’re a large and/or tall individual.
negative:
Can feel a little sketchy at night
Numerous guests have noted that the area around the hotel can sometimes feel a little intimidating after dark. People loitering in and around the parking lot were the chief concern.

Smoke free property...?
This chain proudly boasts that this hotel (like many others in its fleet) maintains a 100% smoke-free policy. If that is indeed the case, why do a number of its guest rooms smell of smoke..?
